Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she continued her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she came in third. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any goals. Her satisfaction was high about her position. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the training. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
